Job Responsibilities:
• Territory and time management for assigned customers/area.
• Listen to customer requirements and present solutions appropriately for sales.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Cold call to arrange meetings with potential customers and prospect for new business.
• Respond to incoming email and phone inquiries promptly.
• Act as a liaison between the company and its markets, both existing and potential.
• Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales.
• Gather market and customer information.
• Represent the organization at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.
• Overcome objections and persuade customers to purchase.
• Advise on product developments and discuss special promotions.
