Your defining qualities:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience working effectively in an international and multicultural environment
- Ability to establish and maintain collaborative relationships with senior management and peers
- Minimum 5 years of proven track record in leading sales and marketing organizations, driving profitable growth, market share expansion, and building high-performing teams.
