Job Description
- University level technical degree
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience in relevant industry preferably within the customer interface with a proven track record of successful project management in heavy industry or construction projects
- Good technical understanding of the Pulp, Paper, Energy or Automation industries
- Solid leadership and interpersonal skills paired with the ability to drive change in a matrix environment
- Business oriented approach, financial mindset and proven track record of successful contract and claim management
