The duties of this position are to provide professional advice and support on all employee relations and policy issues. You will be acting as a HR Manager, recommending, developing and implementing people programs, whilst also taking care of day-to-day HR operational activities, including disciplinaries, grievances, appraisals and performance management.
You will be responsible for the management of day-to-day transactional HR; as well as supporting the strategic people agenda. You will provide advice and guidance, and support to Managers and the development of the Organisational & People Growth plans in line with strategic objectives.
Alongside this, you will also be implementing the recruitment strategy to attract the highest quality candidates for positions across multiple roles such as production & operations, finance & accounting and many more as well as creating job descriptions and management of the induction process.
This is an exceptional company, which you ll be acting as a main point of contact for in a company of around 100 staff. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience and a robust knowledge of local employment law requirements.
