`Lead the development and implementation of predictive models to improve business performance.
Manage a team of data scientists and analysts to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems that can be solved using predictive analytics.
Develop statistical models to analyze large datasets and extract insights that can inform business decisions.
Identify and recommend new data sources, tools, and techniques to improve predictive modeling capabilities.
Develop and maintain predictive models and algorithms to support business decision-making.
Develop and maintain a framework for testing and validating predictive models to ensure their accuracy and reliability.
Communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements
Bachelors or Masters degree in Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or related field.
Strong knowledge of mathematical optimization and modeling techniques.
Proficiency in programming languages such as MATLAB, Python, and C++.
Experience with optimization software such as Gurobi, CPLEX, and FICO Xpress.
Familiarity with simulation software such as Arena and Simio.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Strong communication skills to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
