Job Description

equired Skills

  • 3+ years’ experience in project management tasks relating to business system development in a cross cultural, multi-time zone, complex, corporate environment with regular interactions with executive stakeholders or a bachelor’s degree in marketing or IT
  • Experience in IT project management with knowledge of deploying solutions in multi-country environments
  • Knowledge in SIT, UAT, Preproduction and Production environments for developing IT solutions
  • Ability to work with and focus technical teams for data preparation and new development follow up and delivery
  • Collect feedback from countries and translate it into user stories / technical requirements
  • Understanding of traditional and new SW Business Models (e.g., License, Subscription, SaaS…) to help speak common languages with stakeholders
  • Basic knowledge of back-end data management and systems structure
  • Digital Asset creation in connection with PIM product configuration, SDH asset goldenization and bFO/bFS as well as snaplogic connectors in between
  • Understanding of Schneider Electric business (Industrial and Energy Management) with a particular focus on SW and digital service offers (e.g., SW offers, Exchange, Advisors, Aveva…)
  • Understanding of Schneider Electric persona ecosystem (e.g., Distributor, OEM, System Integrators…) and internal ways of working (CCC, Channels, mySchneider…)
  • Create, maintain, and lead governance process producing comprehensive documents
  • Highly collaborative, proactive, and influential personality
  • Be a supportive leader within DSC and Schneider Electric Offer Managers
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

Nice To Have Skills

  • Experience with Agile methodology and best practices
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Aha, Salesforce and ServiceMax software tools
