Job Description
- Prepare authentic and delicious Arabic and Iranian dishes with meticulous attention to detail and presentation.
- Manage all aspects of the kitchen station, including cooking, portioning, plating, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Adhere to strict food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Order and maintain inventory levels for assigned ingredients and pantry items.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth kitchen operations and efficient service times.
- Contribute to menu development and share culinary expertise.
- Train and coach junior staff on cooking techniques and kitchen procedures.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment.
