Job Description
Selection Criteria for this role are as follows:
A Passionate and Energetic Trainer from any industry is welcome to apply as long as they demonstrate the following attributes:
- Strong presenting skills in facilitating workshops and working groups
- Able to learn the industry by getting out on the floor, rolling up your sleeves and understanding the different roles, safety standards, food regulations (eg HACCP)
- Able to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Relate to your audience, really get involved, and enjoy working with a diverse range of personalities and helping them succeed.
- As an experienced Trainer, you will know how to learn new industry skills and develop best practices across the business.
It is desired to have come from FMCG, manufacturing, and logistics companies, but we are looking for the personality attributes, really!
