- Talent knowledge: Raising the understanding of our talent pools, through metrics and data, the evolution of our expertise to be able to anticipate the evolutions of our talent needs.
- Talent engagement and retention: develop programs and curriculum addressing the one to many, advising talent on their career addressing the one to one, as a relay of the manager and the HRBP (including leaders and future leaders).
- Developing programs, such as assessments, learning, exposure, community animation, mentorship… for our expertise and specific talent pools.
- Ensuring a follow-up of our international talents in close partnership with the International Mobility team.

You will be responsible for keeping the diffusion of our Performance philosophy at every level of the organization and to create the conditions for a successful individual performance. To do so, you will animate the Europe HR community to make sure that:
- Our philosophy is actively implemented.
- Managers are trained and equipped to set impactul goals, make developmental feedback and assess fairly the performance.
- Employees are empowered in the development of their individual performance.
You will coordinate Year End campaigns (assets, dashboards, design of learning content to support the individual performance management)
