Support Team management to ensure that all execution goes smoothly, including but not limited to Visual Merchandising guidelines
Support Team management by communicating on any stock issues, completing any administrative or operational tasks, which could include low level employee relations and KPI tracking (key product indicators)
Be a project lead in implementing events such as store masterclasses, from start to finish, supporting appointment bookings in line with CRM communication & Dior connect, working closely with the Head Office Team.
Adhere to all Company and Store policies and guidelines.
Carry out any additional duties as directed by the Team management team.
