Job Description
· Goal oriented with an ability to achieve monthly sales target.
· Prior Experience in sales in fitness industry is preferred.
Lead the sales team and oversee all department to reach operational and financial targets
Coach & develop a professional staff to generate revenue with strong and effective sales skills
Ensure all company standards, policies & procedures are in place and practiced
Create a positive environment for members and employees
