Deine Aufgaben

• Vorbereitung der Rohware f r die Produktion
• Anfertigung der Mischungen unserer Produktpalette
• Ordnungsgem er Umgang mit den Waren nach den geltenden Lebensmittelrichtlinien
• Reinigung der Arbeitsger te nach HACCP-Standard
• berpr fung der Warenqualit t w hrend der Produktion
• Dokumentation der Produktions- und Reinigungsabl ufe zum Zweck der R ckverfolgbarkeit

Your responsibilities

• Preparation of raw materials for production
• Preparation of the mixtures of our product range
• Proper handling of the goods in accordance with the applicable food regulations
• Cleaning of working equipment according to HACCP standards
• Checking the quality of the goods during production
• Documentation of the production and cleaning processes for the purpose of traceability
