Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review shop drawings and material submittals to comply with project specification and design requirements for authority
- Meetings with subcontractors and site engineers for coordination of drawings to initiation on site and to provide direction and siteinstruction
- Supervise draftsperson and monitoring of shop drawing submittal log
- Develop and prepare all related shop drawings as well as reviews subcontractors shop drawings to ensure compliance with design guidelines and technical accuracy
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
Minimum of years experience in a similar capacity preference to UAE and or GCC experience
- Proficient in Revit AutoCAD SketchUp D Max Illustrator or other design programs
- Preparation of Shop drawing (SD) for Hard Landscape Soft Landscape & Swimming Pool as per the IFC Drawing and Client Requirement
EDUCATION & TRAINING
Bachelors Degree or related course or equivalent
Excellent portfolio of previous works
