We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Registered Nurse with 3-5 years of experience in a Surgical ICU setting. The ideal candidate will hold a DHA eligibility and license, and be available to join immediately. Fluency in Arabic is an advantage, as is previous experience working in the GCC.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions, vital signs, and progress.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and families.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
- Operate and maintain medical equipment.
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and regulations.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and improve skills and knowledge.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team to provide quality patient care
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing.
- 3-5 years of experience in Surgical ICU.
- Valid DHA Eligibility and license.
- Arabic speaking andGCC experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
