Conduct HSE planned & unplanned audits and site inspections at facilities, Inspection reports HSE findings consistent and recommendations for closeout.
Assist and Support in Internal and External audit (e.g., Achievement of 5-star rating in British safety Council)
Develop HSE Management system (RSEMS) operational procedures and provide training and awareness programs to Agencies QHSE units on implementation requirements.
Plan, develop, and conduct HSE induction program to RTA Employees and Contractors
Carry out Accident investigation at sites as required and advise on necessary safety obligations and requirements to identify root causes.
Support activities related to other Departments & Committees (e.g., Safety award 2018, Procurement manuals and policies).
Support conducting periodic corporate HSE meetings and workshops including external stakeholders’ meetings.
Support RTA’s HSE performance monitoring through regular data collection and analysis to identify improvement areas and ensure compliance to international standards and applicable regulations.
Provide assistance and advice on HSE issues and provide recommendations to Senior Management.
Support Department with planning and execution of new initiatives and projects (e.g., Smart Safety Licensing program).
