Principal Account-abilities
1) Receive and record HR General Administration & General Management related documents and distribute the same to the concerned for approval and processing to ensure the group
2) Liaise with different divisions/departments regarding documents related to HR General Administration &
General Management
3) Ensure that all received Business Card Request Form is filled in as per the information in the Oracle
4) Prepare English Certificates according to HR Policy and Procedures
5) Prepare and collate internal and external memos, minutes of the meeting, reports, presentations, forms and other correspondences for HR General Administration & General
6) Support the Group Administration General Manager and other sections under HR General Administration &
General
7) Manage and organize day-to-day agendas, internal and external meetings, interviews, and events for the Group Administration General
8) Monitor incoming and outgoing mails, emails, telephone queries and take appropriate
9) Maintain document management including confidential items for efficient and orderly retrieval of
10) Manage vehicles under General Administration & General Management Department as per the company requirement and monitor Drivers daily activities and
11) Acts as reliever for the Executive Secretary of the Chief Human Capital & Chief Strategy Officer and undertakes a broad range of activities that support his
12) Other duties as assigned by the Group Administration General
