HSE Training Officer

Job Description :
This individual will be involved at the Watershed Management facilities in the development and implementation of Health & Safety programs to maintain compliance with safety regulations, and will conduct audits and training

Responsibilities :
1. Monitor and audit internal safety programs for compliance and validation.
2. Develop new programs, procedures and training (Instructor/Coach) to improve and maintain safe working conditions
3. Selects from multiple procedures and methods to accomplish tasks

Qualification :
1. Knowledge of State & Federal safety regulations and standards.
2. Knowledge of applicable polices, procedures and standards and regulations pertaining to specific duties and responsibilities of each job
3. Five years experience of management/supervisory, construction, safety, industrial hygiene, risk management, or a related area which includes three (3) years of safety training or safety investigation or a closely related area.
