• Manage the e-commerce P&L and profitability.
• Drive e-commerce sales performance.
• Analyse new market trends, business opportunities, and market segments in the global and local landscape.
• Implement e-commerce strategic and tactical programs.
• Manage & execute digital and e-commerce campaigns with media agency support.
• Establish and maintain industry benchmarks and KPIs for the Conversion funnel.
• Analyze the past performance of collections, categories, and campaigns to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.
• Maintain a digital marketing calendar, create campaigns to deliver strategic plans, and business objectives, and improve KPIs.
• Owns the performance marketing framework, and leads the planning, implementation, optimization, and reporting of performance marketing initiatives to help drive traffic and maximize ROI across all digital marketing channels.
• Establish and manage relationships with other e-tailers to increase distribution.
• Manage the website’s merchandising.
• Revise order fulfillment policies and procedures.
• Analyse service quality and customer satisfaction.
