They are looking to hire aCategory Development/ Trade Marketing Managerfor one of their division dealing with Personal care / Wellness products
- Develop the yearly marketing activity plans for the categories.
- Manage the P&L of the categories.
- Be the right brand ambassador who drives equity, awareness, and off-take.
- Responsibility for the P&L of the categories.
- Market research and product launches.
- Monitoring the marketing activity s performance and measuring the success of campaigns.
- Developing reports.
- Developing consumer packaging and promotional packaging.
- Managing category budgets.
- Organizing events such as product launches, exhibitions, and product shoots.
- Translating brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies

To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following requirements
- Minimum 6 years of relevant GCC /UAE experience (preferably with trade marketing and sales knowledge in FMCG).
- Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives.

- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns.
- Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and marketing best practices.
- Degree in marketing or a related field.
