Receiving customer PO, check and proceeding PO into system.
Handle the processing of all orders and shipment with accuracy and timeliness.
Respond to emails, inquiries, complaints from customers and give them support.
Filing, register and recording company product, information, important documents.
Store and sort Sales admin document and data in electronic form and present or reports, if required.
Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
Assist in the preparation and organizing for any special request.
Ensure adherence to laws and policies.
