Job Description
Our client is a multinational construction machinery company providing technical support services for their customers in the MENA and East Africa region.
They are currently recruiting a Mechancial Engineer having 3-5 years of experience to be based in Jebel Ali free zone.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide customer and dealer technical support for all machinery and equipments.
- Provide onsite and offsite service, troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Provide feedback on qualilty, eervvice and field related issues concerning equipments.
- Assess warranty claims and registration.
- Conduct training for the dealers when required.
- Visit sites periodically for machine inspection and check spare parts to facilitate spare parts sales.
- Inspect and maintain stocked machines in company premises.
- Support the spare parts and sales department to identify part numbers, prepare quotations and follow up.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Ability to travel the other iddle East and African countries.
- Fluent English.
- Knowledge of machineries.
- Strong MS Office skills.
