What you will be doing:
• Responsible for completing the daily checklist regarding mise-en-place and food storage.
• Consistent production of high-quality food, and presentation as directed by the supervisor
• Responsible for designated sections, equipment and utensils are always kept clean.
• Daily food preparation and service for a la carte and/or buffet menus according to hotel recipes and standards.
• Monitor the produce being assigned to their section of the kitchen and report any issues to senior chef immediately.
Your experience and skills include:
• Prior experience with in the hotel industry as Commis Chef.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
