Job Description
Were looking for a Senior Architect who specialises working on projects from concept through to completion on high-end, award winning and technically demanding projects.
High-caliber individuals are required who have strong technical detailing skills, an in-depth knowledge of local building regulations and have excellent Revit, as well as MS Project skills.
You will be required to work as part of a team to review and deliver full drawing packages on residential, hotel, commercial, mixed-use and leisure projects.
Day to day duties will include:
- Managing and overseeing the Project Architects.
- Produce regular project report updates.Ensure project deadlines are met.
- Liaise with local authorities.
- Liaise with sub consultants, consultants, contractors and suppliers.
- Assist the team with project management.
- Review and amend all Project Architects drawings.

Requirements
- Bachelors in Architecture
- Excellent AutoCAD, Revit and MS Project skills
- Has the gravitas to work across multiple sectors on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must be able to demonstrate previous client liaison skills with client, sub-consultants, contractors, suppliers and authorities.
