You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWork and contribute with the Projects Department during the design, construction, handover and commissioning phase of the new property from building completion to FM operational readiness and take over.
• Ensures compliance with management defined safety and security measures as per HSE Quality management system manual.
• Ensures emergency complains are resolved in defined turn-around-time.
• Ensures properties are appropriately inspected prior to preliminary and final handing over.
• Ensures the Project Record Information is properly compiled and received by the FM Department.
• Liaises with Procurement department to appoint 3rd part FM service provider.
• Liaises with Project Department for the contractor responsibilities during the Defect Liability Period (DLP)
• Approve the preventive maintenance schedule for all new building in coordination with FM Service Providers
• Ensures annual inspection plan for all properties
• Liaises with the main contractor through Projects Department for the identified defects during the handover. Requirements
• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical or Civil Engineering
• 15 years of experience in Integrated FM with at least 5 years in managing large portfolio for both residential and commercial properties. Skills:
