• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, analyze feedback and suggest methods of increasing future performances if necessary
• Proactively support juniors in guiding them on best practice and methods in managing the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

• Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
• Use and continually develop leadership skills
• Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency
• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
• Support of projects and client acquisition
• Represent agency externally
• Opinion creator – own topic owner – internally and externally
• Complete overview of multiple projects
• Introduce new topics to PMs and interns
• Control all business-related relevant financial processes
• Independent meetings with clients regarding new projects/ topics
• Confident and independent project planning, calculation, lead, control (incl. budget)
• Develop of an annual plan
• Anticipate/ develop opportunities whilst keeping business and clients in mind
