Job Description
Responsibilities
• Draft, update, and post job descriptions to appropriate job boards/social medias/etc.
• Source and recruit talents through direct approach, networking, advertising, database, social medias, etc.
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates
• within schedule.
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
• Perform references and background checks.
• Onboard and follow-up new employees to become fully integrated.
• Act as a point of contact and build strong candidate relationships during the selection process.
• Be an Ambassador of Halian Group.
