• Assists the kitchen and service staff as needed to maintain the highest level of food quality, presentation, and timing to optimize guests dining experience.
• Delivers food and beverage orders to guests within the Pavilion in a timely manner.
• Ensures that silver and crockery stock control is properly stocked and inspected prior to service
• Ensures that table presentation is correctly maintained according to restaurant specific standards.
