Operation Technology

Responsibilities:
• Identify, analyse, assess ISC/SCADA/IoT cybersecurity issues and provide solutions.
• Develop, maintain and improve asset inventory for ICS (Industrial Control System)/SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition), IT and OT (Operational Technology) used within DP World entities and regional business units.
• Design and develop OT security policies and procedures. Develop security manuals and deliver training on security protocols and processes for Group Technology and global business unit teams.
• Handle cyber security activities for DP World businesses, collaborate with relevant teams in strengthening cyber security architecture of OT solutions and applications.
• Establish and implement disaster recovery and business continuity processes, tools, and procedures to support business resiliency for OT infrastructure across all DPW BUs.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Provide best practice insights, known limitations, and product-specific expertise for addressing key OT security requirements.
• Perform vulnerability and risk assessments within OT infrastructure at regional business units to identify security risks and threats (e.g., unsecure remote access points, suspicious remote connections, unauthorized devices on the network, etc.) and provide recommendation to remediate the identified issues.
• Work closely with engineering department to ensure seamless and holistic implementation of Operation Technology cybersecurity policies, considering best-practice OT security guidelines and business requirements.
• Act as an ambassador for DP World at all times when working; promoting and demonstrating positive behaviours in harmony with DP World’s Principles, values and culture; ensuring the highest level of safety is applied in all activities; understanding and following DP World’s Code of Conduct and Ethics policies.
