• Accountable for the thorough implementation of all customer related initiatives among KAM personnel managed.
• Responsible for the efficient allocation of company support resources in the customer base managed by the assigned team.
• Meets assigned team quotas for benefit usage, member engagements, and strategic objectives.
• Align with the Group Corporate communication Department to increase the awareness of the WLP
• Lead the communication with the Hubs for the benefit status provided by each Partner and devise the appropriate mechanism to ensure alignment
• Work closely with the consultant to streamline the WLP messages and marketing communications
• Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results that are consistent with the overall strategy and mission
