• To provide a friendly, courteous and professional service at all times and be well groomed so as to represent a high standard of the department
• Must possess outstanding guest services skills, professional presentation and sophisticated communication skills
• Must be guest-oriented, have a vibrant personality, and radiate enthusiasm to assist people.
• To monitor Oracle requests and Adaco purchase requisitions raised by Experience Division Heads for review and approval.
• To prepare departmental forms such as ENT, Comp forms, Expense claims etc.
• To prepare and consolidate Capital Expenditures for various projects in the Division.
• To handle and follow up signatories required for Contract Summary for Approval, Project Authorization Forms, Project Justification Forms and other documents related to the Division.
• To run various status reports in order to do opening shift.
• To review log books for special requests and instructions.
• Liaise with Experience Managers and Team Leaders regarding VIP arrivals and special requests.
• To maintain sufficient stationery & supplies in the office and raise Purchase Requisitions for any item required in the department.
• To prepare rosters and knowledge of gantner.
• To monitor and issuance of various keys: Master keys, Floor master keys, Pantry keys and mobile phones.
• Distributes worksheets and keys in timely manner ahead of shifts.
