Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Support Corporate Development initiatives, identifying sectors and companies that might be viable targets for acquisitions
• Develop detailed business plans, financial models, operating scenarios and sensitivity analyses for acquisitions
• Coordinate and execute business, financial, and investment-related due diligence
• Assist with the financial and relationship aspects of acquisitions, from early-stage valuation, initial term sheet through to due diligence
• Implement management portfolio strategy and assist in securing financing
