Work closely with the senior leadership team to develop and implement Kitopi's total reward strategy (compensation, benefits, and recognition) across all markets in alignment with the global business strategy, best practices.
Define total rewards policies, procedures, guidelines on pay reviews, promotions, performance and propose actions for standardization across all markets
Conduct job sizing, market benchmark studies, and develop compensation structures to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness in line with Kitopi's reward philosophy. Review specificities that may be necessary for certain business lines at Kitopi.
Work closely with local people teams, business leaders, and functional heads to identify opportunities to standardize the reward programs across functions and geographies
Review and assess Kitopi's current benefits program and design, recommend and implement the revised benefits framework
Work with key stakeholders to design and implement variable pay schemes to drive business outcome which also includes the design and administration of employee stock option plans.
Develop total rewards playbook and communication framework to support the local market education, implementation, and adoption.
Lead the design and implementation of Kitopi's performance framework and manage the annual merit and promotion cycle in line with the total reward SOPs
Work closely with the finance team on annual and quarterly budget cycles to deliver on annual budgetary goals
Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a clear understanding and implementation of the rewards program during the hiring process.
