• Create personal files and maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers and absenteeism rates etc., for employee benefits
• Provide full HR admin support to the UAE and Global People Team which includes filing, documentation, data-entry of personnel data into the HR system etc., and assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
• Coordinate with travel arrangers on their mobilization and demobilization arrangements and accommodation.
• Provide support in onboarding – offboarding processes
• Provide support in the processing and full administration of work/employment processes and renewals
