• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
• Take beverage orders from customers or wait staff and serving drinks as requested, paying extreme attention to detail.
• Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
• To be always well groomed and ready for work.
• Complete checklists and opening/closing procedures for every shift.
• Practice good housekeeping and safety by paying constant attention and inspecting equipment, physical interior and exterior of the restaurant / building.
• Be responsible for all the cash bank / petty cash and sales money present in the Bar.
• To process daily cash reports / perform daily EOD financial closing duties.
• Ensure that all food safety standards/HACCP are maintained and implemented in line with the company policy and municipality requirements.
