Lead Architect Robotics

Responsibilities:
• Design, develop and implement end to end RPA solutions for a variety of business tasks, along with integration with many target state systems.
• Efficiently manage solution architecture and design of robotics platforms in close collaboration with Channel, BSS and OSS architecture and design teams for internal integrations and workflow management
• The key purpose of the role is to work with senior team members from different departments of EITC to plan and architect next generation Robotics platform(s) for internal business process automation and also to extend for monetization.
• Work with architects to identify and analyze the execution of change toward desired business vision and outcomes.
• Extend usage of existing platform (Pega) for enhanced functional usage in company and also lead detailed technical evaluation to assess need for any new market leading robotics platform
• Work closely with Business processes teams to identify opportunities for cost take out and customer experience improvements.
