Job Description
- Monitoring network engineering performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
- Configuring and installing various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, vpn)
- Performing network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs.
- Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability solutions.
- Provide Level-1 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
- Liaise with vendors(isp) and other IT personnel for problem resolution
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in electronics or similar field.
- Dept understanding of networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC,L2TP,VLANS, 802.11,L2Switches)
- Solid understanding of the router configurations and vpn.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools,PABX (CISCO,PANASONIC,GRANDSTREAM)
- Understanding of audio installation(optional).
- Strong communication skills.English is must.
- Troubleshooting ,resolving and communicating networking issues to other employees and management.
- Knowledge on CAT6 CABLES for wifi installation.
- LAN and WAN experience.
- Knowledge on access point ,installations and configurations(port forwarding,trunking,dual vpn.
- Should be able to work under pressure.
- Should be able to find solution for client queries.
- Should have knowledge on cloud system.
- Should be flexible working in alternate shifts.
- Problem-solving skills for when things go wrong, or installing new devices properly onto servers.
