• Conduct high profile administrative duties including effectively handle the team’s diary, maintaining office equipment and supplies, and organizing meetings and necessary follow ups.
• Coordinate complex travel schedules and scheduling meetings.
• Prepare letters, e-mails, other confidential documents as and when required.
• Maintain an efficient filing system (both electronic and paper files) for all current and completed projects for easy reference.
• Work seamlessly on tracking of documents, files and handling of emails and documents that need to be traced.
• Interface with internal and external customers in a highly professional and courteous manner, exemplifying the Guiding Principles and enhancing organizational effectiveness
• Responsible for the implementation of internal administrative measures.
• Assist in organising meetings, team and corporate events where the department is involved.
• Assist with any HR work required for the team.
• Handle purchase requests, expense claims, and other administrative processes.
• Any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the management.
