• Assist in the development and implementation of design standards regarding brand image, brand identity and brand standards.
• Assist and advise the consultants during the design process in order to achieve higher design standards.
• Ability to select FF&E & materials and recommend local distributor accordingly.
• Ensure FF&E pricing are aligned with the overall luxury market segment trends
• Assist the Owner to establish the “Area Programme” for the hotel which shall meet JG standards.
• Ensure that Jumeirah Design Guidelines are implemented throughout the design process of each of the assigned projects.
• Assist in any hotel refurbishment project and coordinate with design department throughout the process.
• Assist with the preparation of design briefs as required, using PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, CAD (etc.).
• Assist to provide design feedback to the relevant consultants’ documents throughout the whole design process from concept design to shop drawings assessment.
