Job Description
Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a newly established digital out-of-home operator company in the UAE. Our client is looking to hire a Technical Director to be the technical point of contact for the team, represent the company s interests, and assist the team as they work on the projects.
- Screening, negotiating and contracting with local and international suppliers of construction, maintenance, utility and other services,
required for advertising constructions installation and operation (standalone, on buildings, creative etc)
- Monitoring and liaising with the suppliers and manufacturers of products (steel constructions, LED screens, electric components etc). required for advertising constructions installation and operation
- Overseeing and supervising continuously in person all installation and maintenance processes, operation of existing constructions,
inspecting on a continuous basis the jobs performed by the subcontractors
- Liaising with the subcontractors on all current matters.
- Entering into negotiations with the relevant government entities and third parties on matters required for project operation, applying for and obtaining relevant permits and approvals (DEWA, Dubai Municipality Departments, and so on).
- High level of loyalty, involvement in all other matters which are technical in nature, and being ready to resolve day-to-day issues.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Dubai in a similar position
- Experience in installation and operating freestanding advertising OOH constructions
- Fluent communication in English
- Higher engineering or technical education
- Valid drivers license and own car
- Prepared to work flexible hours whenever necessary.
- Immediate joiner
