Strategy Manager

responsibilities:
• Creating the local strategy deployment plan, using DSD strategy, by defining key performance metrics and targets to be achieved. The incumbent will communicate this strategy to all employees in the region.
• Defining and ensuring the implementation of the portfolio of projects that support DSD Strategies
• Ensuring overall resource planning and alignment of departmental initiatives with planned strategy and leads the monthly governance process, by reviewing key initiatives and providing analysis of progress as it relates to projected outcomes.
• You will define and ensure that surveys, feedback meetings, and communication related to strategy deployment are conducted and that changes are implemented.
• As a member of the senior management team for the region you will lead local business unit strategy definition and communication, local business unit governance process and will present progress and challenges to the department during all employee meetings.
• You will ensure that 6 Sigma is supported locally by coaching black belts and ensuring that the project portfolio definitions and management are implemented.
• Managing a work unit of primarily management/professional employees where some review of subordinate work is required as well as training, developing and mentoring. The position is responsible for all personnel issues and performance evaluation of subordinates
• Serving as an advisor/consultant to all district offices in region regarding strategy development and execution.
