• Manage the marketplace catalog and ensure the portfolio reflects in line with guidelines/business objectives.
• Providing post campaign analysis reports to the wider teams, ensuring results are tracked & learnings applied to future campaigns.
• Drive establishment of relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
• Strategic planning of the DOD Daily targets, ensuring promotions are phased correctly and conversion targets are set accordingly in line with business objectives, with profitability at the forefront.
• Manage & maintain the sorting logic, ensuring categories and brands are meeting their GV targets and visibility plans sitewide.
• Monitor track & react to the homepage CTR’s data, to help drive overall onsite performance & influence engagement.
• Continuously review the onsite customer journey & navigation and work with the wider teams to improve the user experience.
• Identify & analyze areas of opportunity within brands/categories, price points & customer profiles, through the trading of inventory on the SIVVI site and define the long-term strategy for each.
• Review the search data and implement search redirects to improve the aimed exit rates.
• Work closely with the BI data team to improve the reporting dashboards and Analyze the overall business performance to be presented in the Weekly Trade Meeting, reacting to the action points from each of the merchandising teams efficiently.
• Daily monitoring and analysis of the onsite metrics such as Conversion rates, Unit Conversion Rates & Average Order Values, driving performance in line with business plans.
