• The role holder supervises and controls cleaning and servicing of all bedrooms, restaurants, functions and public rooms in the hotels to ensure EHG standards are always enforced and maintained
• To lead and manage all aspects of daily housekeeping operations in assigned properties to enable the delivery of an outstanding guest service and to maximise profitability
• Ensure that each guest becomes a happy fan of our products, by delighting them from welcome until farewell
