Job Description
• Regular Order Confirmation Process with Retailer Customers for Pre-Book and Re-Book Orders, including Order Confirmation, Product Implementation Files, and Invoice sharing
• Project manage the Order Fulfilment Process, alongside Operations and Logistics Team, for Inbound Shipments, Stock Allocation to Retailer Pre-Books and Outbound Shipments to Retailer-Customers
• Daily Retailer Customer-Communication relating to Stock Availability, Pre-Book and Re-Book Order Status', Order-Preparation Status Updates
• C omplicated Data Manipulation using Excel and Internal Inventory and Order Management Systems
• Problem Solving relating to Order Fulfilment, Order Issues and Retailer Issues
• Manage excel spreadsheets and format data
