Product Manager

• Launching and scaling card-issuing business across Careem countries, and the ability to translate user needs into product requirements
• Be both tactically and strategically focused (be a product owner and a product manager)
• Own the vision and be the expert for your product roadmap for your product/service
• Be a leader in championing for your product across all stakeholders internal and external including city teams, marketing and other line of businesses like ride hailing, food, order anything.
• Possess customer empathy and curiosity mindset - defining customer value propositions based on personas (design thinking approach).
• Define, prioritize and groom the product backlog, create actionable user stories and epics that are clearly visible for co-located development teams (technical lead/engineering manager)
• Perform A/B testing working with data scientist(s) to validate and iterate product increments to demonstrate customer and business value.
• Be both data-driven to solve large problems that have meaningful impact and improvement on millions of people’s daily lives.
