Maintenance

Responsibilities:
• Ensure good relationships are built with external service providers.
• Supervise and manage the maintenance team ensuring the tasks assigned for all maintenance activities are carried out in an efficient manner.
• Provide technical support and advice on resolving the maintenance issues.
• Oversee facility modifications, including obtaining estimates on required modification & equipment.
• Execute the implementation of Annual Maintenance Contracts with external service provider & monitor their performance.
• Oversee, schedule, coordinate, and perform maintenance and repair of kitchen equipment and other systems including , HVAC, fire alarm/fire fighting, plumbing, electrical, and building security.
• Ensure the overall preventive, corrective, routine and emergency maintenance works are carried out for all the kitchens & other facilities.
• Plan and coordinate internal moves and relocations; coordinate planning for upgrades to existing facilities & other stake holders, including the modification in redesigning of kitchen spaces to optimize the operations.
• Plan & organize Periodic Preventative maintenance schedule for all the civil & MEP services like kitchen equipment, HVAC, fire fighting/fire alarm, kitchen extract
