Solutions Delivery Lead

Responsibilities:
• Calculates the team’s velocity and works with the management to adjust priorities
• Making sure the team is maintaining various technical documents
• Support the Product Lead in managing customer expectations for project deliverables and helping in implementing an effective system of project governance.
• Running the daily sprint stand up
• Provide technical training sessions for different team members
• Facilitating scrum ceremonies (Sprint planning, retrospective, etc…)
• Serve as advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary
• Managing the scrum board
• Guiding the development team technically and making sure they are up to the standards
• The ability to work on technical tasks if required
• Develop a deep understanding of the logistics industry down to the details of relevant operations.
• Provide the management with appropriate project timelines
• Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow and develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation
• Participate in technical planning and requirements gathering phases including design. Code and Test.
• Fully responsible for leading the development team
• Making sure MVPs are met
• Work closely with the product lead to translate functional requirements into technical solutions
• Presenting the development progress to different internal and external stakeholders
• Technically support in the blockchain initiative
• Lead all system integrations and provide different solutions
• Insures system’s stability and reliability
• Keep up to date on new technology, standards, protocols, and tools in areas relevant to the rapidly changing digital environment
