Job Description
This is an opportunity to work for an award-winning company in Dubai on high-end projects throughout the Middle East. Youll work directly with their Design Director, as part of a team on a variety of projects covering mixed-use, leisure, hotel, healthcare, commercial and high-end boutique residential projects.
Were looking for a Senior Architect with a minimum of 9 years experience working experience either in the Middle East or further afield. Youll be responsible for the technical/construction drawings after the schematic stage and have previous experience managing a technical team.
Requirements
- Bachelors in Architecture
- Minimum 9 years experience
- Must be proficient in AutoCAD, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Revit.
- Defining lists of architectural drawings and supporting documentation for each project.
- Coordinate between multi-disciplined teams including all consultants and sub-consultants employed by the stakeholders.
- Attend design and coordination meetings and workshops.
- Responsible for the overall deliverability of the architectural elements of the project.
- Ensure the project timescales are adhered to, resolve any technical issues and check design/technical calculations.
