• Enter sales orders in ERP and ensure that order details in system matches customer’s requirements as indicated in customer order form.
• Provide order and shipment confirmation to Customers and ensure that orders are in ready condition and in correct status before each delivery.
• Generates picking list and outbound reports, and submit invoices, delivery documents, instructions, and shipping release to delivery team for shipments.
• Coordinate with other teams/support to complete the request of customers and communicates effectively with Planning and Logistics on customer’s delivery date pull in requests.
• Proactively and promptly update the customer of any delays in deliveries whether a revised delivery date is available or not.
• Generate and analyses pending orders and participates in Pending review meetings to provide feedback on risks to meet the period’s shipment commitment.
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
• Consider improvements and modifications around data analysis and lead the implementation of improvement
