• Leverage research data and information to proactively identify business opportunities and gain internal support to act upon these opportunities
• Identify ideal methodology and provide oversight of research projects
• Be the consumer advocate and bring the consumer perspective to all business discussions provide actionable insights and recommendations
• Work independently and use your professional judgment to manage the day-to-day details of projects
• Source and manage external agencies for the execution of research projects, focusing on both standard methods and emerging digital technologies
• Anticipate problems that may impede a project from completing on time and implement solutions
• Create the consumer insights strategy, develop and implement a roadmap, and execute and manage individual insights projects from start to finish
• Collaborate closely with the brand and creative teams to create groundbreaking, homegrown work, powered by consumer insights that accelerate noon’s growth
• Mentor and encourage team members to foster a positive work environment
• Participate in and provide regular opportunities to the team for professional development and growth
