• Develop strategy and lead initiatives and programs to meet business objectives
• Identify, develop and launch innovative new growth opportunities based on a complete understanding of customer and selling partner needs
• Work cross-functionally to identify and build best practices and process improvements that help improve the productivity of sales and account management teams.
• Drive adoption growth of rolled out solutions, assess open opportunities to further enhance Selling Partner and customer experience, and remove friction points.
• Establish, refine, and implement mechanisms to ensure cross-functional alignment and clear escalation mechanisms. Identify and manage stakeholder groups, and provide regular business reports to those group
• Drive regular business review with stakeholder, contribute to strategy planning
